Sandra Barber
Founding officer
Sandra Barber serves as Chairlady of the Shiloh Legacy of Hope Foundation, bringing over 30 years of experience in teaching, leadership, and community engagement to the organization's mission. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to working with youth and communities, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of what it takes to build programs that create lasting impact. She is an integral part of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she played a major role in initiating and sustaining the organization's nonprofit division. A dedicated member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church since 1991, Sandra brings a foundation of faith and service to her leadership, guiding the Foundation through its formation and toward its broader mission of outreach, mission, and community impact. She is also an active member of the Texas Retired Teachers Association, having served as District 10 President and Chair of the TRTA Organizational Affairs Committee.

2nd Vice Chairman
Dwayne Taylor, Sr.
Founding officer
Dwayne Taylor, Sr. serves as 2nd Vice Chairman of the Shiloh Legacy of Hope Foundation. A member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for 21 years, he has dedicated over two decades to working with youth in both the church and the broader community. He was ordained a deacon in 2013 and currently serves as 2nd Vice Chairman of the Deacon Board. Dwayne's commitment to mission work spans both local and international outreach. He has attended mission trips to Santo Domingo with the youth of Shiloh, and in January 2025 he initiated the Kenya Mission to Getembe Orphanage. He went on to organize the Kenya, Africa mission trip in January 2026, continuing his dedication to expanding the Foundation's global outreach efforts.

Second Vice Chairman
Deacon Freeman Griffin
Founding officer
Deacon Freeman Griffin has been a faithful member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church (SMBC) since 2001 and was ordained as a Deacon in 2005. He currently serves as Chairman of the SMBC Deacon Board — the seventh in the church's 142-year history — and as Facilities Manager for the SMBC campus. He has also been an integral part of SMBC's mission work abroad, joining a team of seven on a mission trip to the Getembe Orphanage in Kisii, Kenya, in support of the 35 children served there. As Second Vice Chairman of the Shiloh Legacy of Hope Foundation, he continues to lead with integrity and a heart for service, striving to exemplify Christ's love in all he does.

Bobby oversees the Foundation's finances with a commitment to transparency and faithful stewardship, ensuring every gift is honored and every dollar is accounted for.

Lisa Washington
Lisa Washington is a healthcare professional, community servant, and founding board member of the Shiloh Legacy of Hope Foundation, where she serves as Secretary. Since becoming a certified Registered Medical Assistant in 1990, she has built a career spanning internal medicine, pediatric care, case management, and patient advocacy, with a passion for helping people access the care and resources they need. She has served for over eight years in her church's Deacon Minister Wives Ministry, including the past two as Vice President, and traveled on a mission trip to Nairobi and Kisii, Kenya, supporting an orphanage and local families through community outreach. As a founding member of the Foundation, Lisa is committed to restoring hope, strengthening families, and transforming communities through faith, compassion, and service.
